VDG provided strategic advisory services in the economic evaluation of the existing master plan, assessing market feasibility and long-term positioning. The engagement included development of strategic recommendations to revise zoning parameters in order to better align density, product mix, and phasing with prevailing market realities.
VDG also led preparation of a comprehensive business plan supporting revised entitlements totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet and 7,000 residential units, including scenario modeling, capital sequencing, and absorption analysis to guide implementation strategy.
